- Short Online Form to Complete - provides Ben Payne with a great idea of what to expect so he can plan ahead and help you better.
- Consult and Examination
- Medical Thermography Scan One View - we INCLUDE this in our first visit fee, centers will often charge +150 Euros just for one scan but we include this used to show the specific problem and measure progress. Read more about Medical Thermography here.
- Posture Screen - We use photos of posture, especially if suffering from back and neck pain, hunched over a computer a lot and suffering from low energy. When you gain the benefits and we redo the photos not only will you feel taller, but all the benefits of a body moving better.
- First Chiropractic Session - INCLUDED (read more here).
